1. What is the best course of treatment for ADHD? Medical stimulants.
2. Do you believe ADHD is an actual psychiatric disorder? Why or why not?  No because it just makes the attention span shorter which isn't technically a psychiatric disorder. It is rather a problem of focusing.
3. Are children being overmedicated? Explain your answer. I don't have children.

2. Describe the statutory conditions of medical marijuana use in one of those states. used to treat glaucoma and patients that are sick
3. What is the best reason to legalize/not legalize medical marijuana in all states? Explain. it I best to not legalize it because people with these "medical disfunctions" that "need" their medicine are going to be giving it to others or selling it for their own profit.

1. Should pharmaceutical companies test experimental AIDS drugs on pregnant women and their unborn children? No, they should test them on monkeys because people are obviously more important than a monkey and both have the same qualitites.
2. How should pharmaceutical companies balance testing experimental AIDS drugs with the research subject’s well-being?by gurenteeing that if any defects are present that they will fix them.
3. Why are so many AIDS trials being conducted in developing nations? Because it is spreading quickly acrss the globe
4. Is it ethical to give a placebo to a pregnant research subjects with AIDS when there are treatments that can reduce the rate of transmission to the unborn child? no it is not ethical because it does not go towards one religion.

BIRTH CONTROL AVAILABILITY

1. Should parents be notified if their teenager seeks birth control? Why or why not? Yes so that the parent can understand what their child is going through and try to provide useful information.
2. Will the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s decision to expand the availability of emergency birth control pills for 17-year-olds increase teen promiscuity? Explain. Yes so that people can make the decision of their own on whether or not to take it or not.
3. Should pharmacists be able to refuse to dispense birth control based on their moral or religious beliefs? Why or why not?Yes because if one breaks their beliefs because they are basically ordered too then it is unfair.
4. Should free birth control be available to students in public high schools? Explain Yes, BUT not without a parental consent.
